We were tasked to convert the ISS training facility into a hybrid event studio creating a professional presentation environment for speakers and facilitators to present to a global audience with interactive Q&A sessions and remote panelists joining the conversations live on stage for an interactive webinar and audience viewing experience.

The Result

For the two-day event, we produced:

• Custom branded studio and webinar platform with live Q&A interaction, onstage facilitators and remote panelists. 
• 3 Sessions over 2 days with dedicated facilitators.
• 12 Global remote panelists live participation and presentations.  
• 320 registered guests from 22 countries. 
• Live stream to YouTube and Facebook for broader viewing experience.
• Post event on demand viewing experience.
• Valuable analytics and audience attendance data.
