• Physical address for delivery of gifts and hand delivered invitations when required
• ID numbers, only when we assist and support with guests travel arrangements which would be for flights or accommodation bookings.
The information collected from our website is utilised by us in order to respond to the enquiries made on our website or to respond to queries made by you as a customer, for example, on your account with us. We need your data in order to send you information regarding our products and services as part of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

For the events we produce, we are required to collect a guest’s personal information in order to confirm their attendance and deliver the relevant service to them and our primary client or ourselves.

All requests for data deletion, alteration and information concerning personal information The Event Production Company may hold about you, may be made in writing to our Data Protection Officer at the address below. You will be responded to within 30 days and advised of progress made with your request and whether there are any applicable and lawful charges attached to your request.
